Nobody Beats The Drum - Grindin'

A few days old video of Grindin' by Nobody Beats The Drum. It was made of more than four thousand photos and a ton of wooden toy blocks. Directed by Rogier van der Zwaag, track is available on their EP 'Focus'.

Otto Von Schirach @ Budapest in March

So, fans of evil, crazy, trashy breakcore out there: our favourite sadist monster Otto Von Schirach will be playing at A38 on March 19! Accompanied again by Balázs Pándi, aka 666 Cent I'm sure they'll rip our heads off. Here's some tune too to revise your knowledge of what we're dealing with here. Oh and before I forget: pass is 1900/2400 HUF.

The Bloody Beetroots Death Crew 77 - Domino

I've just realized that, though it's been out for like two days, we haven't yet posted the new Bloody Beetroots video/short film. Sorry for the inconvenience, it won't happen again.:D
According to their blog there's a whole concept behind it:

The name “DOMINO” comes from a typical Venetian Carnival costume, a robe with a black hood and a white mask. I have chosen this title to introduce the first BBDC77 anarco-musical army.
DOMINO (like Xmas Vendetta) underscores the contents of ROMBORAMA. DOMINO is part of ROMBORAMA… DOMINO is a spare of ROMBORAMA.DOMINO is music, cinema & photography.
DOMINO is also a revision of history. DOMINO destroys Nazi iconography to turn into Anarchy… pure ANARCHY.
I live in this world and I firmly believe in the autonomy and freedom of the individual.
DOMINO will come out on 23rd March, anticipated by the short movie I have made for you.

And more importantly, thanks for everyone who came early enough to be there at our set, you're the ones who make this blog running. Okay, after all these thanks and purple ponyshit, check the video, bang yor head to the wall and prepare for the next Noise Night Life on March 13.

Hologram

I Am Un Chien, one of the last survivors of the grindie and nu-rave scene has just released their new video on youtube fo Hologram. It's made entirely on chatroulette so pretty basic but its great fun to wach people's reactions. It makes me think about that altough we spend half of our lives here on chatroulette, we've never encountered them. Fuck. Where did nu-rave go?

Swedish Cyberpunk Themes, Again

Renegade sent us two new original tracks a few days ago, but I'm constantly having terrible hangovers, so it only gets posted now. They really are great, I can't help it but they remind me to Blade Runner and classic '80 cyberpunk. Listen and download.

Etienne De Crécy - Welcome

So there's this guy, Etienne De Crécy who's been on tour in the last two years with a special show. He performs in a giant cube and has been playing a lot of original tracks including Welcome and Home, two unfinished projects. At last after two years he went to studio and polished up Welcome, so an EP will be released on February 8th. We have one track, a mix by The Bloody Beetroots here to get you excited.

Etienne De Crécy Feat. The Bloody Beetroots – Welcome (you have to download it for the extension is AAC and I can't embed it with anything)

09/17 2007

Finally we've got our hands on Danger's new EP, titled '09/17 2007'. Yeah, that's the one we've been talking about in the past few weeks (months), and knowing what he usually manages to create, we were pretty excited. Someone must have listened to our prayers, coz these tracks are gooood. Following the events of the last EP, '09/14 2007', this time we leave the jungle and venture into the city with Franck Rivoire's drawn alterego. '80s b-movies, early computer games, skyscrapers and dark cities with steam coming up from the sewer grates compose these sounds, and - besides their great value as simply electronic music - it adds such a great atmosphere to the tracks, sometimes I actually think I'm running in an alley trying to escape punks with chains. The three original tracks - including '4h30', which we alredy heared before are simply great. They aren't boring for a moment and could work on the dancefloor too. Especially 3h16, which is definitely a defining track of the genre and - at least for me - is one of the best tracks of the year yet (including the new Hadouken! LP, too!). I'm not really into Danger remixes, mostly they just ruin the sound and feeling of the track. These too are okay, but don't expect anything special from them. Following such names as Daft Punk and Kavinsky in the past Danger formed his own sound, and after this EP I have to say he's one of the greatest of the scene.

Tracklist:
1 4h30
2 3h11
3 3h16
4 4h30 (Riot Kid Remix)
5 4h30 (Oliver $ Remix)

Danger - 3h16 (320kbps)
