Boredom vol. 3

Okay, I've been too busy digging myself into screamo and post-rock in the last few days to post anything, so here are a few random tracks for your pleasure. We've got a big announcement coming in a couple of days, so stay sharp and make sure you'll be available on February 13.

The Subs – Mitsubitchi (Bobermann Remix)
I suppose we'll never be actually able to get rid of Mitsubitchi, but this mix is by Bob Rifo of The Bloody Beetroots, so it's a must one.

B-Xentric - Miami (Worship Remix)

New Danger EP Out Tomorrow!

Ok, I'm posting this video again because (apart from the fact that it's amazing) Danger's third EP, titled '09/17/2007' will be out tomorrow, on 25 January on vinyl. I'm sure we can get our hands on it tomorrow, but if everything fails the digital version will be out in a week, too.
And this pic's just priceless.

Fragile [UPDATE]

So we know that Daft Punk is making the soundtrack for the new TRON sequel, Legacy. And that they've put together 24 tracks for the movie. But we haven't heared yet any of those tracks. Remember the tunes from those leaked videos of the San Diego Comic-Con showint the new lightcycles? Remember how the sounded like Daft Punk? Yeah. That's because they're by Daft Punk. So here's the full track titled Fragile in it's whole glory at last, not that crappy rip.

[UPDATE]
Okay, it's been confirmed by Thomas Bangalter that this track is fake, it has nothing to do with Daft Punk. The original statement is: "Fragile is not From Daft punk, Fragile is not from Tron Legacy. We Have no relation to it." Although the track is good on its own, we'd like to apologize for posting it.
[UPDATE]

New Hadouken! LP Leaked

The greatest British electro/grime band Hadouken!'s new album titled 'For The Masses' will be released digitally on 25th January and in physical format on 2nd February. Altough it's not out yet it leaked on the net (like almost everything that gets released nowdays), and we had the chance to get a quick look on it. There are a few tracks that were released earlier like M.A.D., and we heared Turn The Lights Out on their myspace too, but I have to say that every one of the new tracks are the same quality as those. Don't know if the leak is a final version of the LP, but the tracks are just amazing in this state of them. They're much harder than those of the earlier Hadouken! releases, but come perfectly with the band's unique sound and mood. Just when we thousght new was dead, hope this will somewhat shake up the scene.
You can get the album here(mediafire), but consider this somekind of a demo and buy the LP if you like it (I've gotta write this here, though i know none of you will:D), I actually preordered it in November - thus it'll come dedicated and with my name in the booklet^^.

Tracklist:

1. Rebirth
2. Turn The Lights Out
3. M.A.D.
4. Evil
5. House Is falling
6. Mic Check
7. Ugly
8. Bombshock
9. Play The Night
10. Lost

Designer Drugs featured in the trailer of Skins S4!

Drop Down of our favourite New York dj duo is featured in the new trailer of the British tv series, Skins' season 4. Drop Down was released in October, so I believe many of you is quite familiar with it, it was quite a hit at that time. (Of course, we didn't exist back then, so it wasn't featured on BLNDZHMRGNS.) It's really a big achievement, to be presented in Skins, it started the career of You Love Her Coz Shes Dead with Kitsuné too. (Remember when everyone thought it was Crystal Castles playing at the concert in that episode?:D:D) I hope the track will make it's way to one of the episodes of the season. Stay tuned for the upcoming DD music video too!

Everyday I'm hustlin'...

Mustard Pimp - Jack Bauer Mixtape

Remember Mustard Pimp's 12-hour mixtape Hercules? This time they made the longes mixtape I've ever heard of, titled Jack Bauer Mixtape. I don't know exactly how long it is exactly but contains 800+ tracks so it's definitely not an easy pick. They cut it up to hours, and every hour is contains tracks of a different genre, so everyone can find their favourites worth downloading (I'm getting the electro section now^^).

R3SET

Did you ever think what outcome of the crossbreeding of Justice and Danger would be? Surely something you must focus on.
R3SET was founded late last year by two French guys, Gilles Chateaubriant and Lionel de Fontenoy. It may look to be fresh out of the box, but they've already played before such names as The Bloody Beetroots, and they have a few years of djing behind them individually too.
Check these two original tracks and the Justice remix too, they're really worth a listen.

Shaved Monkeys - Get Rough

Here's a teaser from Shaved Monkeys' upcoming track, Get Rough. Judge this track by the name, 'coz it is truly rough and raw electro what you get from it. It's alredy being supported by Stereoheroes, Mustard Pimp and other great names, I think it'll a must have in the next months.

Congorock - Babylon

I have nothing to say.
Here's a 320kbit rip of the track from the video.

Danger 16-bit Teaser

Danger's new EP titled 09/17 2007 is coming out on vinyl in January and digitally a week later. This is a teaser video animated in the style of 16-bit video games from the early-'90s, like Street Fighter 2 or so. Great for us geeks out here, altough a bit short - but what do we expect from a teaser? - it truly adds something to his music. It was designed and made by Franck Rivoire.

Danger - 4H30 [update]

Here's a brand new Danger original track, today suddenly everything is full of it so we can't miss it either. It's a little short and ends suddenly (for it's somekind of a rip from a longer track) but the tunes from The Exorcist and the unbeatable Danger sound still make it great.
[updated with a final, longer version of 256kbps]

I really can't wait that LP to hit the ground.

Shiny Toy Guns - Ricochet (Nadastrom Head Spin Dub)

We've just got our hands on this mix by Nadastrom. I really like Shiny Toy Guns but I couldn't recognize any tiny bit from them in this track:) Despite this, it's quite a banger, your head will truly spin if you hear it. Dave Nada and Matt Nordstrom released their new EP, titled The Saved in September, you can grab it form Beatport.

We Plants Are Happy Plants on HypeMachine's 2009 Top Song List

And we're proud. Again. Another Hungarian electro producers in the mainstream. And that's because they're good. The track is Apollo, I don't know which place did it get, it seems that at hypem they just took the most loved tracks and put them into a pack without order. Also, here's a full list of the tracks packed with a mix featuring all 30? (or something like that) of them on hypem.

Don't forget to check the hypem's daily updates of the best 50 albums and artists of 2009 too. It's alredy out till the 30st.

Boredom vol. 2

Here's some fresh tracks to listen to while trying to survive these first days of the new year which lack really extreme releases. Still, these are worth a download.

I haven't thought there wolud be anyting new made from Warp after all those remixes, but this one is special with the re-recorded vocal track.

happynewyear

New Year's Eve came and went and we're still too much intoxicated to write decent posts or even listen to music. I hope Refused helps to get out of the hangover. In the meantime, have a happy new year and a happy new decade filled with self-destruction;)
