Crookers presents: Dr. Gonzo

I guess, the Crookers path search is finally over. After leaving behind the fidget era, they made some week "house" tracks, which had questionably quality, and the world was waiting for another hit. I can easily say that their new project called "Dr. Gonzo", could be the resurrection for Crookers! You can call it silly, or weird, but it's definitely something new, the Gonzo Ep contains 2 tracks, both premiered on the Annie Mac show a few days ago. It will be available on Beatport, in the middle of April.

Awooga!

We haven't really heard anything from Calvin Harris this year, but he's back with a new electroish(?) song called Awooga. I guess he just came up with the name in a hotel room, during tumblr surfing or something 'cause it's so random. The track is a bit of a watered down dutch house song, but it can be easily fit in any set. Video below, check it.

Bart B More 2011 USA Tour Mixtape

Bart B More is on a tour right now, but if you're not affected by that, you can still listen to his new USA Tour mixtape. It contains old and new tunes too, so it's a mixed bag, but it's certainly enjoyable throughout. And I must say, this is the classiest mix cover art of the century!

Yelle - Safari Disco Club (BeatauCue remix)

I was really into Yelle's music back in 2007, when the whole french electronic scene was buzzin'. Now her second album "Safari Disco Club" is on the way (it comes out in March), and BeatauCue made a great dutch house remix for the new single. While the other single was disappointing for me, this remix is top notch!

Cerebral Vortex - Fly By Night (Cyberpunkers Remix)

Cyberpunkers is really active these days, new video, and now this new remix for Cerebral Vortex. And it is amazing! It reminds me of the classic Don Rimini remix of Bust a move, and that's the best comparison that an electro-hop song could ever have!

Video: Savage Skulls & Douster - Bad Gal (ft. Robyn)

This video makes me miss the summer time even more! Savage Skulls and Douster's track is a great house / electro tune, with Robyn on the vocals, which makes it perfect. And the video has some kind of storyline too, but who cares about that really?

Jack Beats - Mixmag minimix

Jack Beats is back with their wobble madness in a minimix! An entire album is on the way, so I'm excited what are these guys gonna do to dance music later this year. Download the 5 minute Mixmag minimix below!

Open Your Eyes

Alex Metric and Steve Angello teamed up for this acid madness! The track Open Your Eyes debuted last week on BBC Radio 1, and it was the essential new tune on the Pete Tong show, on which Pete said "it's going to have to have a festival named after this tune!". Okay, maybe it's not that big of a tune, but it really has that acid house, everybody's dancing in the confetti party feel. Ecstasy all the way!

BeatauCue - Disque Oh! EP

Fact: If something is coming out on Kitsune, than it's gotta be good. This statement is also true in this situation, for BeatauCue's new remix ep! Remixes by Don Rimini, and my favourite producer at the moment Mr. High Rankin totally makes this Ep wicked! Check the tracks below!

I'm Down On My Internet Connection

Not really of course duuuh, this is just the new M.I.A. remix EP. I really loved this record when it came out, but i never thought that this song is gonna get any attention. Not because it's bad, just 'cause it's a bit weird to be a single. But hey, Flux Pavilion, Buraka Som Sistema, Tony Senghore, and Huoratron, that's a great list, so good for you "the song which I didn't got any hopes for at the first place, but I liked it myself anyway"!

Pass Out (Afrojack remix)

Although this Tinie Tempah track is nearly a year old, but surprisingly this Afrojack remix is totally new and fresh! Afrojack dropped this baby recently on his US tour, and boy it brings mayhem!

Fighting Fire - round 2

We already posted this Breakage song, but the video just arrived, and a nice electro remix from Foamo also! So it's really deserved another round.

Chromeo feat. Elly Jackson - Hot Mess (Duck Sauce Remix)

So basically the whole world is aware of Duck Sauce since their track Barbra Streisand is toppin' the charts everywhere. The next big thing by them is probably gonna be this! A sweet remix for the new Chromeo single "Hot Mess", and of course: it's a blast!

Shinichi Osawa - The Openers (preview)

Shinichi Osawa released this preview a few days ago on his soundcloud. The track called "The Openers", and it's definitely has that Osawa style, you know that robot techno feel. Check the preview below!
